One person has died after a small Cessna 177RG crashed, catching fire at Lake Havasu City Airport late Sunday afternoon.
Police say it happened just after 4:10 p.m. The Lake Havasu City Fire Department says the single-engine Cessna was engulfed in flames when crews got to the airport. There's no word yet on a cause. The FAA and National Transportation Safety Board will investigate.
